Placing an Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to take any orders over the phone. If you need assistance placing an order, please email our customer care info@thedraperyhaus.ie, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Receipt of Orders
If you don’t receive an email confirmation within 24 hours then please contact us to ensure we received your order.
Sample Requests
Unfortunately, due to the limited nature of our samples, we regret that we are unable to supply samples.
Cancelling or Making a Change to an Order
Please email info@thedraperyhaus.ie to make any changes or to cancel your order. For our full returns and refunds policy please visit our Returns Policy.
If You Receive an Error Message during checkout please try the following:
- Contact your bank to make sure there are sufficient funds in your account.
- Verify you are entering the credit card’s CVV and billing information correctly.
- Verify your billing name, address and phone number matches that of the credit card used for payment.

Cancellation of an order by The Drapery Haus
We reserve the right to cancel/not accept an order if:-
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil the order
- We do not deliver to your area
- One or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on our website.
- The payment transaction is not authorised.
- You do not provide us with your real name, payment details including your card address, your delivery address (if different from your card address), email address and telephone number.

Tracking your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used on the courier’s website.
Our Returns Policy
Due to the current situation, orders placed directly on Scatterboxshop.ie can now be returned up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Please use the dispatch form enclosed with your order to return or exchange your goods. For our full returns and refunds policy please visit our Returns Policy.
Products That Were Not Purchased on thedraperyhaus.ie
We are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at thedraperyhaus.ie. If you purchased a product from another stockist, please contact them directly.
Refund Process
Returns can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund. Once it is processed, you will receive an email that is labelled “Returns Notification” to confirm. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us at info@thedraperyhaus.ie so we may check the status of your return.
Parcel Delay
If your parcel does not arrive by the last day of the specified delivery time please email our customer service team at info@thedraperyhaus.ie quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavor to get back to you within 24 working hrs.
Faulty or Damaged Product
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at info@thedraperyhaus.ie within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please be sure to have your order number ready.
