Due to the large volume of brands and collections we stock, we do not offer a direct purchase option on Fabrics, Wallpapers or Paints just yet. You can however view our extensive collection of brands and suppliers on our site and you can also view samples of all in our store.

Do you offer bespoke window treatments?

Yes , we offer a full bespoke Window Treatments, Curtains, Roman blinds, Roller Blinds, Venetian Blinds, Vertical Blinds, Pleated Blinds, or Shutters. At The Drapery Haus every design is bespoke to you. We will create tailor made design packages with your style in mind. We work with you to create the perfect design concept for your home.

Can you order samples of wallpaper or fabrics or paint from the website?

Yes, we are able to order samples from any of our suppliers, so please contact the store where we will be happy to order your samples for you.

Where is my order?

If you place your order before Midday, you should receive it in 2/3 working days. Tracking information is provided for all orders so you can follow your order's journey.

My order has arrived damaged - what should I do?

Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery - including photographs will speed up your query.
